This group continues to impress me with their resourcefulness, their giving hearts and their caring spirit. It is always difficult to begin to gear down, but there comes a time on each mission trip when you must accept the reality that our time and our resources are not limitless and today was that day. We were able, in just 3-1/2 clinical days, to see all of the families in the Village as well as some who are not.
We are running low on medications, and have exhausted the resources at the three local Pharmacies, so we had to painfully decide to close the clinic at the end of the day, except for emergencies.
Our focus tomorrow will be to make the final medicine deliveries to the remaining houses and get the new clinic looking presentable for the final turnover to the State in March.
