WE BELIEVE IN CHANGE

Mission Possible empowers families and communities in the Dominican Republic by combining relationship-driven service with sustainable development. For more than 17 years, volunteers have partnered with local leaders to build safe homes, support education, provide medical care, and invest in women and youth through programs like CHANCE and Propósito.

Our mission is simple: to serve with compassion, grow in faith, and create long-term change—one home, one family, one community at a time.

Every year, hundreds of volunteers join us to work side-by-side with Dominican partners, building relationships that extend far beyond a single trip. Through consistent presence and collaboration, Mission Possible helps equip local leaders, strengthen families, and create opportunities for a brighter future.

Together, we believe we can transform lives—and that transformation begins with one heart and one mission.

CLEAN WATER & SAFE HOMES

Mission Possible works with families and community partners to ensure access to safe housing and clean water—two essentials for health and stability. We build durable homes for families living in vulnerable conditions and provide reliable, safe water solutions through filtration systems and education. Together, these efforts create a healthier environment and a stronger foundation for long-term wellbeing.

MEDICAL CARE

Mission Possible hosts medical clinics that provide essential care, medications, and health education to families with limited access to healthcare. Our volunteer medical teams partner with local professionals to improve long-term wellness and meet critical community needs.

EDUCATIONS

We support students and schools across the Dominican Republic by providing classroom resources, scholarships, and mentorship. Our programs help students succeed academically, grow in confidence, and pursue a brighter future.

ADULT VOCATIONAL TRAINING

We equip adults with practical skills that lead to stable employment and long-term independence. Through job training, financial literacy, and small-business support, participants gain the tools they need to provide for their families and strengthen their communities.
